Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Ave & Ash, however, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. All unworn items that were purchased at full price and are in new condition with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will evaluate its condition and, if all terms of our return policy are met, we will issue your store credit. If the item fails to meet the terms and conditions set forth above, your return will not be accepted and the item(s) will be sent back to the address that is provided on the return label.
Return Instructions
It will be the customers responsibility for shipping costs.

Please include the packing slip with your return.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items
In the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged, please contact info@aveandash.com immediately with photos of the damages. Damaged items must be reported within two days once received.
Final Sale
All items purchased on sale are final as well as all jewelry and hats. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Exchanges not available, though you may be eligible for a store credit per our Return Policy.
